We understand that stuff happens and plans change that is why we have no problem giving anyone a 100% refund for FAB Fest tickets, as long as your refund request is received before the ticket sales closing date. All ticket sales are final after this date. No tickets will be sold after this date. No refunds will be given after this date. This year the ticket sales closing date has been extended until Sunday August 7th. On Monday the 8th, OutCamping.org becomes financially committed to the catering company and other vendors and suppliers of the FAB Festival.
In the event the FAB Festival has to be canceled, due to very bad weather, Out Camping will only provide a 50% cash refund and a 50% credit toward the purchase of next years’ FAB Festival or regular scheduled camping trip. If this is refund policy is not acceptable to you, please do not buy a ticket. Please understand that we have non-recoverable expenses. We are also a not-for-profit organization that is trying to give back to the GLBT community.
